RedMagic shares some key display details of upcoming 10 Pro gaming phone
RedMagic has recently confirmed the launch of its next-gen gaming phone, the RedMagic 10 Pro. It will make an official debut in China on November 13, and per the rumors, there will be two more phones in the lineup, with one possibly having the Ultra moniker.
Ahead of the official launch, the company has started to disclose the specs of its upcoming flagship gaming phone. According to the latest teaser, the RedMagic 10 Pro will feature a "Wukong screen." This 1.5K BOE display will sport a 95.3% screen-to-body ratio, claimed to be the first of its kind.
The previous teaser from the company confirmed that it will have a full-screen display like its predecessor, with an under-display camera. This RedMagic 10 Pro teaser also shows slimmer bezels than the predecessor, something that Chinese manufacturers are going heavy on with their new flagships.
Other than that, the RedMagic 10 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite, and with the active cooling setup, it will hold the potential to beat other flagships in terms of performance. As a matter of fact, a recent Geekbench listing has hinted that the rumored 10 Ultra can outperform the Apple M2 in the benchmark.
Previous leaks have also hinted that the RedMagic 10 Ultra will feature a 7-inch or larger display and a 7,000 mAh battery (Iniu 10K power bank curr. $17.99 on Amazon). The display size of the 10 Pro hasn't been confirmed yet, but it could measure 6.8 inches, the same as the 9S Pro.
