RedMagic is gearing up to launch a new gaming phone, which is claimed to be the company's lightest and thinnest smartphone yet, the RedMagic 10 Air. It's set to launch on April 16, 2025, and before the phone's debut, the company has fully showcased the design of the device.
As the newly shared pictures show, the RedMagic 10 Air will be available in three colors: Flame Orange, Frost Blade White, and Shadow Black. Among the three, the Flame Orange features an interesting dual-tone design that's somewhat similar to the company's latest gaming tablet, the RedMagic Nova.
One of these pictures has also confirmed that the upcoming thin and light gaming phone will pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, a last-gen flagship SoC. However, it's unclear whether it will be the Leading Version of the SoC or the regular edition. RedMagic shares that the smartphone will sport a "micro-arc metal" frame to offer a comfortable grip.
The pictures further reveal that the RedMagic 10 Air will feature a flat display with an under-display selfie camera, similar to the company's other flagship phones. While the company didn't reveal the other specs of this new gaming phone, recent reports hint that it will sport a 6.8-inch BOE display and have a 6,000 mAh battery with 80 W fast charging support (150 W Anker GaNPrime charger curr. $99.99 on Amazon).
Camera-wise, the upcoming thin and light phone is expected to sport two 50 MP cameras on the back and a 16 MP selfie shooter on the front. RedMagic is also reportedly working on a Snapdragon 8 Elite gaming tablet, which the company could tease during the 10 Air launch event.
