Record‑breaking battery life: No tablet lasts longer in our reviews than the Lenovo ThinkTab
The new ThinkTab X11 Gen 1 is featured in our review as a true all-rounder, albeit with certain limitations. The biggest weakness of this mid-range tablet clearly lies in its performance. The built-in Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 often seems overwhelmed by the LCD display’s fairly high resolution in everyday use. However, we don’t see the Qualcomm chipset as a deal-breaker.
The same is equally true for the ThinkTab X11’s 10.95-inch 90-Hz panel. In our review, the screen offers high contrast but isn’t particularly bright and is less color-accurate than many other mid-range tablets.
In addition to its extremely comprehensive feature set and robust construction, the Lenovo tablet offers exceptionally long battery life. For heavy users, the ThinkTab X11 is therefore likely to be a very appealing alternative to an iPad 10 or Xiaomi Poco Pad X1. The ThinkTab X11 currently costs just under $500 directly from the manufacturer.
A mid-range tablet with fantastic battery life
In our real-world battery test, which runs an automated script that includes various websites, the Lenovo tablet achieves a very strong result. To ensure comparability, we always use our review samples with the same adjusted display brightness of 150 cd/m².
The first-generation ThinkTab X11 lasts 30 hours, almost 1,200 minutes longer than an Apple iPad 10. This puts it ahead of the Oukitel RT7 Titan 5G, the previous record holder, at 29.4 hours.
Especially since the Lenovo tablet also offers the option to swap out the battery with ease when it comes to endurance. With a replacement battery, the ThinkTab X11 is ready for its next use in no time.
