Realme is a brand that has built its appeal on affordable mobile and personal audio devices. Initial leaks suggest it is going to keep this going in 2021 with the launch of the C21 smartphone and the Buds Wireless 2 Neo. They are slated to be the successor to the cost-effective C11 and to be neckbuds rather than TWS earbuds respectively.

Realme's meteoric rise to success as a mobile OEM has been based in no small part on its ability to offer phones and accessories in styles its target audience likes at good prices. They include its V- and C-series phones and Buds series of audio peripherals. A new leak hints at their first iterations coming up in 2021,

One of these is the RMX3021, which is named as the Realme C21 by the Thai NBTC authority. This confirmed product name indicates that it is the next generation on from the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC-powered C11, which cost about US$100 at its launch.

Its new leak suggests the C21 will launch with Realme 1.0 based on Android 10, b/g/n single-band Wi-Fi and 10 watt (W) charging. It has also reportedly surfaced on the databases of India's BIS, Indonesia's TKDN, Russia's EEC and China's Quality regulators, hinting at the global nature of this potentially ultra-budget phone.

Then again, its new official certifications offer no further tips about its probable successor, not even what it might look like. The rumor mill has more to work with in the case of the upcoming Wireless 2 Neo earbuds. They, like the Buds Wireless and Wireless Pro, are of the neckbud variety.

This is very apparent from their new FCC approval, which reveals that they are also IPX4-rated, have simple Realme branding on their battery humps and may or may not have a gray color option. Then again, with trends favoring the TWS earbud, they may also be relatively cheap at launch.
