The Realme GT 7 Pro (now €719 on Amazon.de) and its more recent Racing Edition have reached new frontiers of premium smartphone battery capacity for their brand already. Ironically, the next addition to their series is now said to be able to make even those 6,500mAh flagships look weedy by comparison.
Its launch with a battery of 7,000mAh - if not more - in capacity instead might not be such a huge surprise in this day and age, especially as the theoretically lower-end Neo 7 has mastered the same achievement.
However, the GT 7 is said to be the first smartphone to pair the spec with faster 100W charging (possibly the exact same SuperVOOC technology as the OnePlus 13, as both devices would be produced under the same BBK Electronics umbrella).
The GT 7 is also thought to be thinner and lighter than the 8.6-millmeter/223-gram 7 Pro despite its breakthrough specs, and to have a flat display of roughly the same 6.78-inch size.
However, it is also thought to rock the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor rather than the top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite of the 7 Pro series.
