The Realme GT 7 Pro was launched last year as a high-end smartphone featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Moreover, Realme recently introduced the standard GT 7 in China. Now, the Realme GT 7 is set to launch in the global market.
Chase Xu, Realme VP and President of Global Marketing, reveals a few details of the phone in his X post. The global version of GT 7 looks identical to its Chinese counterpart. It comes in two color options: IceSense Blue and IceSense Black.
Additionally, Chase Xu reveals that the GT 7 features a graphene-based thermal solution called IceSense Graphene. He claims that the GT 7 will be the first phone with a back cover acting as a cooling system.
The global GT 7 is expected to differ in terms of hardware from the Chinese model. Previously, a Geekbench listing (via GSMArena) suggested that the global GT 7 may feature the Dimensity 9300+ instead of the newer Dimensity 9400+, which is used in the Chinese model. The global model may also feature a different battery capacity and camera system.
To recall, the Chinese model comes with a 6.8-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It has a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, the phone has a 16MP camera. It has a 7,200mAh battery capacity and supports 100W wired fast charging. It is available in China for a starting price of CNY 2,599 roughly translating to 359 USD.
