Pokémon Champions Season 2 leaked – these three Pokémon are reportedly included

While the meta in the first season of Pokémon Champions for Switch and Switch 2 (currently $449 on Amazon) is only just beginning to take shape, one particular Pokémon is already showing up especially often. Meanwhile, well-known leaker and dataminer ChicoEevee has already leaked the full contents of Season 2. Among the various rewards such as training tickets and quick coupons, the biggest highlights are the three included Pokémon and their Mega Evolutions: Skarmory, Kangaskhan and Gengar.

The Season Pass reportedly contains 50 levels. Skarmory appears at level 2, Kangaskhan becomes available at level 10 and Gengar is unlocked at level 25. Their corresponding Mega Stones follow a few levels later. The key question is which of these Pokémon will be free and which will be locked behind the Premium Pass. The leak does not clarify that point. If developer The Pokémon Works sticks to the same pattern used in Season 1, Gengar will likely be the only free Pokémon, while Skarmory and Kangaskhan will probably be part of the Premium Pass, which costs $9.99.

Beyond the new Pokémon and in-game currencies, Season 2 will likely also bring a number of new cosmetics. These reportedly include a short tousled hairstyle, mid-top sneakers, skinny jeans, a blouson jacket and a striped trilby hat. From level 31 to level 50, players would then receive only Victory Points, with 500 awarded per level. As always, it is worth stressing that this information is based on a leak and has not been officially confirmed so far. Whether Season 2 will actually launch with these rewards remains to be seen.
