A few days ago, it was revealed that Xiaomi's value sub-brand, Poco, plans to launch a new device. This new phone is expected to be positioned against the OnePlus Nord in a bid to disrupt that part of the market, and details of the device are now starting to surface.
Starting off, the new Poco phone may be branded as the Poco X3, if a tweet by tipster Abhishek Yadav is anything to go by. Poco launched the Poco X2 earlier in the year as a rebranded Redmi K30, and this phone will likely succeed it.
The phone will sport a 64 MP main camera, with a circular rear camera design similar to those of the Poco X2 and Poco F2 Pro. The device has also made a trip over for certification with the model numbers "M2007J20CG" and "M2007J20CT". The listing shows that the phone will offer a 5160 mAh battery and 33 W peak fast charging.
Poco phones so far have been rebadged takes on existing Xiaomi devices, with slight changes. There isn't any Xiaomi phone right now that offers a 5160 mAh battery and a 120 Hz display, though, making it a tad difficult to figure out. In any case, more information will be revealed in the short-term. We'll be sure to keep you updated.
