PlayStation 5's DualSense controller gets a tasty 3D treatment from Snoreyn in his latest polished PS5 console concept design video
Although Sony has been rather sparse with the design details of the PlayStation 5 console so far, the revelation of the DualSense controller has been met with considerable acclaim: The official PlayStation tweet in regard to a first look at the accessory has now received over 327,000 likes. While many fans have been enjoying decorating the DualSense in their own preferred styles, Snoreyn, in conjunction with LetsGoDigital, has gone a step further by showing it off 3D style in his latest PS5 concept clip.
The beginning and end of the video feature a PS5 and the DualSense controller on show in a display cabinet, and they look so realistic you would be forgiven for thinking Snoreyn had got his hands on the real thing. We then get treated to a good look at the Sony wireless controller, front and back. It even looks as if the underneath of the grips has a roughened surface to combat against sweaty palms. It seems unlikely the DualSense controller will be limited to just a white-colored variant, so we also get to see what red, blue, and black models could look like.
In the second half of the video, Snoreyn once more offers a good glimpse at what the PS5 iconsole may look like, in both white and black. Many gamers are convinced the PS5 will be a stackable-type device with slightly sloping edges, and it seems reasonable to expect the DualSense and next-gen console to share some of their design language with each other. So the PS5 gets a streamlined appearance with some subtle blue LED lighting strips that help it match the controller perfectly; it’s simply another fine effort from Snoreyn.
