Alleged PS5 DualSense controller prices leaked but gamers might prefer this fan-made concept controller that could transform gameplay on the PlayStation 5
The alleged prices for the PS5 DualSense controller have been leaked. According to a Twitter user called @IronManPS5 (formerly known as @PSErebus) the DualSense will cost US$59.99, CAN$59.99, €59.99, or £54.99. The notorious commentator has also implied with this particular post that the PlayStation 5 console could be released on November 20.
The same dubious source has claimed before that the PS5 could be launched on November 20 due to a long list of games that would be made available for the next-gen console on that particular date. Now, the new PS5 controller-related tweet states “DualSense will be sold separately on November 20, 2020”. Obviously a pinch of salt is required at this point.
However, regardless of the authenticity of the DualSense price tags, one PS5 fan has come up with a fantastic concept clip of a transforming controller for the PlayStation 5 console that many fans would love to buy. In fact, the video (see embedded tweet below) is so convincing that some have wondered if it was real or not. Creator Iskander Utebayev clearly feels the current DualSense design is lacking some functionality, which was solved by adding even more buttons under expanding grips.
