Nothing is set to launch its new flagship smartphone in July 2025, the Phone (3). So far, Carl Pei, the company's CEO, has confirmed that it will be a proper flagship entry, likely featuring a high-end SoC that offers a noticeable performance boost over its predecessor.
Pei has also previously confirmed that the Phone 3 will sport a premium build, and the company has now offered a sneak peek. Per the recent teaser, it seems that the upcoming flagship smartphone will sport a dual-tone finish, possibly similar to what the company has done with the CMF Phone 2 Pro.
The teaser also shows what appears to be a textured Braille-like button. There's nothing about the Glyph LED interface yet, but it's a signature design element of the Nothing Phone series. It's possible that the interface will also see an update from its predecessor.
Other than that, Carl Pei confirmed that the Phone (3) would be priced at around £800, which converts to about $1,078. This, again, hints that the upcoming smartphone will be competing against the current flagship phones like the Galaxy S24. Looking back, the predecessor launched with a starting price tag of £629 or around $848.
Another detail that Pei has hinted at is that there will be a major focus on the software, but it could just be all about new AI integrations. More official details about the Phone 3 can emerge in the coming days.
