Motorola introduced its next-generation Razr 60 series flip smartphones, including the Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra, last month globally. Now, the brand has officially launched the vanilla model, the Razr 60, in India. This time around, Motorola brings three new Pantone-validated color options—Pantone Gibraltar Sea, Pantone Spring Bud, and Pantone Lightest Sky.
Design-wise, the smartphone looks very similar to its last-generation (curr. at $599.99 on Amazon) model. It has a 6.96-inch main display that outputs at 2640 x 1080 pixels with a 120 Hz refresh rate support and up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The cover display measures 3.63 inches and features an AMOLED panel with a 90 Hz refresh rate and up to 1700 nits of peak brightness support.
As far as the processor is concerned, Motorola opted for a MediaTek chipset for its latest-generation flip phone. The Razr 60 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400X processor paired with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Software-wise, it runs on Android 15 out of the box, and Motorola promises three major OS updates (Android 16, 17 & 18) and four years of security patches.
There’s no major upgrade for the battery. However, the device boasts a slightly larger 4,500 mAh battery (up from 4,200 mAh of the last generation) that supports 30 W wired and 15 W wireless charging. Dimensionally, it measures 171.3 x 73.9 x 7.2 mm (6.74 x 2.9 x 0.28 inches) and weighs around 188 grams (0.41 lbs). The rest of the highlights include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IP48 dust and water resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 32 MP selfie camera, and NFC support.
The Motorola Razr 60 is priced at INR 49,999 ($585/€515) for the 8 GB + 256 GB model and will go on sale in India starting June 4 via Motorola’s official website, Flipkart, and other authorized retailers.
