OPPO's upcoming flagship smartphones are tipped to aim to become the closest rivals to Apple's iPhones on their launch. The Find X8 series are thought to achieve this effect with their software as well as their considerably updated hardware. Now, their version of Android 15 has been previewed in more depth.

The Find X8 series has come to be hyped to launch as Android's true iPhone replacement by OPPO itself already, despite the fact that they have yet to be released.

The devices are touted to be as flat-edged yet slim and fully-featured (in-house MagSafe replacement included) as Apple's flagships. However, according to widely-regarded leaker Digital Chat Station, buyers will come for that hardware but stay for ColorOS 15, which, according to newly-contributed screen-grabs from beta users, has become more iOS-like than ever.

With its re-designed Split Mode Control Center and Fluid Cloud that can support progress and/or media control cards for up to 4 compatible apps at once, ColorOS 15 is indeed now backed to launch as the most competitive Android 15 skin to date.

Furthermore, ColorOS 15 will probably form the basis of the next major version of OxygenOS for international OnePlus devices, its next-gen 13 included. Accordingly, that flagship is thought to become all but unstoppable as a next-gen flagship with the software's fluidity and popular features.
