This further confirms that AMD will be aligning mobile and desktop CPU names under the Ryzen 5000 family. Intel's upcoming Tiger Lake-H and Alder Lake-P processors could launch with Intel DG2 graphics. According to rumors, Intel DG2 Xe-HPG could come in 128, 384, 512, and possibly even 960 EUs configurations with up to 256-bit 8 GB GDDR6 VRAM. A leaked PCB diagram of the 384 EU part on an MXM-type board indicates a die size of about 189 mm2 and shows six GDDR6 modules.

HP has announced a new enterprise-focused touch monitor. The HP E24t G4 comes with a 23.8-inch IPS LCD panel, multiple input options, and HP's Eye Ease technology support. It will be up for grabs this December for US$349.

HP has released two monitors custom-designed for video conferencing environments. The E24d and E27d G4 come with an integrated webcam, speaker/microphone combo, Windows Hello support, and a host of input and output options. They will be available for sale in October for US$369 and US$499, respectively.

The new HP ProBook 635 Aero G7 is the world's lightest AMD-based business laptop. Coming in just under 1 kg, the laptop is powered by the user's choice of AMD Ryzen 4000 series APUs, all wrapped in an aluminum-magnesium alloy made in part from recycled materials.

HP's new ProBook 400 G8 line comes with Tiger Lake CPUs and Intel Xe or optional Nvidia GeForce MX450 graphics. The laptops are aimed at the home and business markets and will be available in November.

HP's update ProBook 600 G8 series includes three laptops boasting Tiger Lake CPUs and either Intel Xe Graphics or an Nvidia GeForce MX450 GPU. As with all ProBooks, the laptops are well equipped for most office workers.

The new Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card has made its way to the top of UserBenchmark’s GPU charts. A new report has stated that there have been issues with the yield for the SoC that will be the key component of the upcoming PlayStation 5 console, with Sony having to reduce the total hardware production. However, it seems the company has sufficient means of supply for the US and an analyst believes the PS5 prices are going to be affordable.

The A14 Bionic is here, and it is the world's first 5 nm chipset. The new SoC, which debuts in the fourth-generation iPad Air, boasts 11.8 billion transistors, a 16-core Neural Engine, along with new CPU and GPU cores. The A14 Bionic should offer upwards of 40% better CPU and 30% better GPU performance than the A13 Bionic, too.

The iPad Air has been given a much-needed refresh. The fourth-generation model now comes with an A14 Bionic chipset, a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display, USB Type-C charging and Touch ID. The redesigned iPad Air starts at US$599 and rises to US$879 for the 256 GB model with LTE.

According to an allegedly leaked patent, the OEM OPPO will follow its first-gen smartwatch with 2 more. One of these drops the Apple Watch style for a round face instead; however, it still appears to have the attractive curved-edge glass of its apparent forebear. However, fans of the square face may not be disappointed either.
