New premium iQOO phone appears in real-world photos with a massive 9,000 mAh battery

Real-world photos of a boxed iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition (至尊版) have surfaced online, courtesy of news aggregator Tech Home (@TechHome100) on X. The retail packaging confirms that the device is a genuine SKU rather than a leaked render, though iQOO has not yet made an official announcement.

The Extreme Edition appears to be the production name for a new iQOO Neo variant that Digital Chat Station previously teased and that other outlets subsequently labeled "iQOO Neo 11S" as a placeholder. Rumored specifications point to a Dimensity 9500 replacing the Snapdragon 8 Elite found in the standard iQOO Neo 11, along with a flat 2K-resolution display with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, a battery capacity exceeding 9,000 mAh, 100 W wired charging, 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint recognition, and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance.

The photographed unit shows a redesigned rear camera module compared with that of the standard Neo 11, with a twin-lens layout housed in a shared enclosure.

Pricing and a launch date remain unannounced. The standard iQOO Neo 11 launched in China in October 2025 at a starting price of CNY 2,599 (roughly $385), and the Extreme Edition is expected to slot in as a higher-tier variant within the same series.

As with all pre-release leaks, specifications are subject to change before the official unveiling.
