IKEA has announced the new compact Kallsup Bluetooth speaker. The product was shown at CES 2026; it was the first time that the brand had been present at the event. This is the latest device of its kind from the brand, following the recent release of the Solskydd speaker and Kulglass speaker lamp.
The Kallsup is a cube-shaped Bluetooth speaker with two small physical control buttons. These are used to switch the device on and for pairing, with audible feedback for the user. The model supports Bluetooth 5.3 and is said to be able to connect to up to 100 units for an enhanced listening experience.
IKEA’s Kallsup is portable thanks to an integrated battery, which the company suggests delivers around nine hours of playback time at 50% volume. The battery recharges via USB-C and is marketed as replaceable. The compact speaker has a plastic casing, measuring 2.75 x 2.75 x 2.75 inches (~70 x 70 x 70 mm), with four small feet on the bottom.
The IKEA Kallsup Bluetooth speaker will be released in the US in April 2026 for $10. Details of the product’s European launch have yet to be confirmed. Customers will be able to choose between hot pink, bright green and white options.
