New Seiko Credor luxury watches launch, including a hand-engraved Tourbillon

Credor is exhibiting at Watches and Wonders Geneva for the first time in April 2026. This is pretty big for the high-end Seiko subsidiary, since it is targeting global collectors for the first time. In the past, many Credor models have been exclusive to the Japanese domestic market or select international boutiques. To commemorate this first, the company is introducing three new high-end watches at the convention.
The Goldfeather Tourbillon GBCF997 is a reference to thirty years of engraving at the Shizukuishi Watch Studio. It utilizes the manual-winding Caliber 6830, which is 3.98 mm thick. The platinum case measures 39.5 mm in diameter and 9.8 mm in thickness. The dial and movement plates feature intricate linear engraving. It provides 3 bar water resistance and is priced at 16,500,000 JPY (~$104,112).
The Goldfeather GBBY967 features a blue gradient Urushi lacquer dial. Artisans apply the lacquer in multiple layers to achieve a smooth, natural transition from dark to light in the dial. The indices are raised using "taka maki-e" with platinum powder. This watch houses the manual Caliber 6810 in a 37.1 mm platinum case. It is 7.3 mm thick with 3 bar water resistance and retails for 3,520,000 JPY (~$22,210).
The Locomotive GCCR995 introduces a blue dial to the permanent collection. Based on a 1979 design by Gérald Genta, the watch features a geometrical hexagonal case with six functional screws. The 38.8 mm stainless steel case is 8.9 mm thick and contains the automatic Caliber 6L37. It offers 10 bar water resistance. The model will be available globally for 1,760,000 JPY (~$11,105).
