New Casio G-Shock x Nigo collaboration coming soon
A new Casio G-Shock x Nigo collaboration has been teased on social media. The Japanese watch company and the fashion designer who created the brand A Bathing Ape have joined forces before. For example, the Nigo x K.IBE 35th Anniversary special edition DW-5635-9 and DW-6935-4 watches were released in 2018, though only 35 units of each were produced.
In recent social media posts on the G-Shock Japan Instagram page, the company has confirmed another collaboration. The claymation-style video (below) depicts the ‘Casio Lab’. At the end of the video, and in an accompanying still, a table is shown with a beaker and what looks like a controller of some kind. In the centre is a colored mass with peach, purple, green and blue sections. Behind the table are shadowy figures which have heads shaped somewhat like watch faces.
From these posts, it is unclear whether fans should expect a watch, clothing, digital content or something else from this latest G-Shock x Nigo collaboration. However, it seems that all will be revealed in the near future; in a similar G-Shock Singapore Instagram post, the company indicates that more details are coming on August 22nd 2025.
