Motorola Razr Fold surfaces on Geekbench with scores similar to Galaxy Z Fold 7

Motorola's first book-style foldable phone was showcased during CES 2026. However, the company kept many details under wraps, including its processor. A new Geekbench listing has surfaced, revealing the performance capabilities of the Motorola Razr Fold.
The Geekbench listing reveals that the Motorola Razr Fold is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 along with 16GB of RAM. For context, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is Qualcomm's sub-flagship processor, positioned below the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
The Motorola Razr Fold scores 2693 points in single-core and 9213 points in multi-core CPU tests. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 (curr. $1,999 on Amazon), which launched last year with the Snapdragon 8 Elite, delivers similar scores to the Razr Fold, with 2703 and 9317 points in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
The Geekbench listing also indicates that the device will run Android 16. Other known specifications of the Motorola Razr Fold include a 6.6-inch cover display, an 8.1-inch internal display, and a 50MP triple rear camera setup. It comes in two color options, namely Blackened Blue and Lily White. Additionally, a leak revealed that it might be priced around $1,500 in the US.
The Motorola Razr Fold is confirmed to make an appearance at MWC 2026. Meanwhile, Honor has also revealed its next-gen foldable, the Honor Magic V6.
