Lorex promises particularly high-res 360-degree in-home surveillance with its latest security camera, as it has 2 lenses and both are rated for 2K recording. The new pan-tilt (PT) model also has a prominent One-Touch button so that the user can immediately connect with a responsible account-holder and a "Smart" band of LEDs for notification alerts or ambient lighting.

The latest Wi-Fi security camera from Lorex has the smarts necessary to tell animals from people when sending its alerts, a 2-way talk function and night vision like many others; however, it can also track subjects such as kids while continuing to scan "every corner" of the room with its dual lenses.

The Canadian smart home security firm has upgraded both of them to 2K, furthermore, touted to confer the ability to capture events around the home in more detail.

Then again, the brand also asserts that the new Dual Lens Indoor PT camera is also privacy-conscious, with a 'one-tap' pathway to deactivate its lenses and the ability to record to a microSD card rather than Lorex Cloud Storage.

It might also be ideal for those who need to monitor potentially vulnerable loved ones at home, with a large One-Touch for Instant Assistance button placed under the cameras rated to connect them with an owner.

The Lorex 2K Dual Lens Indoor Pan-Tilt Wi-Fi Security Camera has been released to Best Buy in a single white colorway to Best Buy for $99.99.
