Lenovo releases new 15-inch laptop in the US with Ryzen AI Max+ 388 and 165Hz OLED display

Lenovo has started selling the AMD Strix Halo-powered Yoga Pro 7a Gen 11 in the US, following its earlier release in Asia and Europe. Announced at MWC 2026 alongside the Legion 7a, the Yoga Pro 7a is aimed more at content creators than gamers. Still, it should have no trouble handling modern games thanks to the powerful Radeon 8060S integrated GPU.

Buyers in the US can now purchase the new Yoga Pro 7a directly from Lenovo starting at $2,569.99. That price gets you the Ryzen AI Max+ 388 processor paired with 32GB of LPDDR5X-8000 RAM and a 512GB SSD. Interestingly, Lenovo is not offering the 64GB RAM option available in other markets. That leaves buyers with 32GB of non-upgradeable memory, although they can configure the laptop with a larger 1TB SSD.

In terms of performance, the Ryzen AI Max+ 388 is a capable APU with eight Zen 5 CPU cores clocked between 3.6GHz and 5GHz. More importantly, it equips the Yoga Pro 7a Gen 11 with the Radeon 8060S iGPU, which proved roughly as powerful as an RTX 4070 laptop GPU in our review of the Asus ROG Flow Z13. Lenovo pairs that performance with an equally capable display.

The Yoga Pro 7a features a 15.3-inch OLED touchscreen with a 2560 x 1600 resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,100 nits of brightness. It also covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, making it well suited to both content creation and gaming. Other highlights include a large 84Wh battery, Wi-Fi 7, and included Lenovo Yoga Pen Gen 2 (curr: $62.99 at Lenovo). Despite the hardware, the laptop measures just 16.7mm (0.66 inches) thick and weighs 3.77 pounds.
