Lenovo launches the Legion Y25g-30 gaming monitor with a refresh rate of 360Hz, 1ms response time, and more
Lenovo has launched a new gaming monitor to compliment the Tiger Lake-H notebooks. The Lenovo Legion Y25g-30 checks all the boxes for a quintessential gaming monitor with its high refresh rate, panel type, and selection of ports. Unfortunately, Lenovo has not revealed its price just yet.
The Legion Y25g-30 gaming monitor features a 24.5-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 (FHD), 1ms response time and 400 nits peak brightness. It refreshes at a whopping 360Hz and is compatible with Nvidia G-Sync and Reflex. Other features include 99% coverage of the sRGB colour gamut and delta E's lesser than 0.2, making it one of the more colour-accurate gaming monitors out there.
Input options on the Lenovo Legion Y25g-30 gaming monitors include two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, and a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-B port. The monitor also comes with a USB hub that consists of a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port that can output up to 27W of power and three USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports. These specs indicate that Lenovo is targetting e-sports professionals, who often require very high-refresh-rate hardware for a competitive advantage over their opponents.
