Recent leaks have hinted at the return of the Lenovo Yoga tablet form-factor, possibly in a new high-end reincarnation. The OEM may have effectively affirmed these rumors with new teasers for the line's upcoming Pro flagship.
Lenovo has also confirmed that the device will have a 13-inch display with a 1440p resolution. This possibly 120Hz panel is also slated to have stylus support with 4096 points of pressure-sensitivity. They may be combined with quad speakers and dual USB type C ports in the new tablet. However, only 1 may be suitable for charging whereas the 2nd is compatible with peripherals.
The Yoga Pad Pro 13 had been projected to launch with the high-end Snapdragon 870 SoC; however, it now seems it might have been mixed up with another new tablet, the Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2021 (from a series that often releases as Tab P devices worldwide), instead.
Therefore, we may have to wait until it is unveiled to find out which platform it will rock. However, what is more certain is that its kickstand is of a larger, up-to-date kind that is more like a frame and less like a hanger-tab. This may help it assume the various modes hinted at in its new series of teasers posted by Lenovo on Weibo ahead of its May 24, 2021 launch.
