The new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 14, now in the 10th generation, retains the 14-inch display size of the 2024 version but while getting upgrades to the AMD Krackan Point platform. Lenovo says that the Yoga Slim 7 is designed for creatives "who value mobility without sacrificing processing power".
The Yoga Slim 7 14 gets a much-improved OLED panel this time around. The laptop comes equipped with a 14-inch 2,880 x 1,800 PureSight Pro OLED display that offers a peak 1,100 nits brightness and comes in a touch option as well. The display is rated to offer 100% sRGB and 100% Display P3 coverage along with support for Dolby Vision HDR. Similar to the previous generation, there are no additional display variants on offer.
Lenovo has opted to go the AMD route this time. The Yoga Slim 7 14 is now powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 Krackan Point APU with integrated Radeon 860M graphics. The device can be configured with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 RAM and comes with a 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD by default.
Port selection includes 1x USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, 2x USB4 Type-C with Power Delivery and DisplayPort 2.1-out, 1x HDMI 2.1-out that supports a maximum of 4K 60 Hz, and a 3.5 mm combo audio jack. Networking is handled by a Wi-Fi 7 adapter that supports Bluetooth 5.3.
Other aspects include a 70 Whr battery and 4x 2 W speakers with Dolby Atmos. While the latest Yoga 7 Pro offers a 5 MP webcam, the Yoga Slim 7 has to make do with a conventional 1080p sensor.
The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 will be available from March 2025 in a Tidal Teal variant with prices starting from €999.
