Best Buy now has the 2024 Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Gen 9 for only $1,599.99 vs the $1,899.99 list price. This is a discount of $300 and matches a deal from last month.

Around the front, the laptop carries a 16-inch 3.2K Mini-LED display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, an advertised 100% AdobeRGB coverage, and a max brightness of 1,200 nits.

For the most part, Lenovo’s claims regarding the display match our findings, as we measured the screen to deliver 1,230 nits of max HDR brightness, 97% DCI-P3 coverage, and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio in SDR mode that increases in HDR mode.

The Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Gen 9 also impressed us with its excellent keyboard, fast system performance courtesy of the Core Ultra 9 185H, quiet operation during routine use, and commendable speakers. The laptop also gets high marks for its port selection which includes:

• One Type-C and one Thunderbolt 4 with DisplayPort and Power Delivery
• An SD card reader
• One HDMI 2.1 out
• A 3.5 mm combo jack

Sadly, the Yoga Pro 9i Gen 9's loud fans and good-but-not-great battery life has kept the machine from getting an even better rating from us.
