Earlier this month, i.e., August 2025, Infinix introduced its latest GT 30 base variant in the Indian market. Now, the smartphone is available for purchase via Flipkart in India. As for the price, the base 8 GB + 128 GB variant starts at INR 19,499 ($220), and the high-end 8 GB + 256 GB model is priced at INR 20,999 ($240). Additionally, the company is also offering a GT Gaming kit worth INR 1,999 ($22) completely free for those who purchase the smartphone via Infinix’s official website.
The Infinix GT 30 vanilla variant retains some specifications from its GT 30 Pro sibling. To be specific, it features the same 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 1224p resolution, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. There’s also Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection on top of the display. As for the battery capacity, it remains the same as the Pro variant, featuring a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 45 W wired, 10 W reverse wired, and bypass charging support (Anker Nano 65 W GaN charger curr. $25.99 on Amazon).
Speaking of the design, the GT 30 is an exact replica of the GT 30 Pro smartphone. It has the same dual rear camera setup at the back, consisting of a 64 MP primary camera and an 8 MP ultrawide shooter. Upfront, you’ll find a 13 MP camera for selfies and video chats. The GT 30 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage with no room for storage expansion.
Like its Pro sibling, the GT 30 also features customizable GT shoulder triggers and LEDs on the back panel. Software-wise, it runs Android 15-based XOS 15 out of the box, and buyers can expect two major Android upgrades (Android 16 and 17) and security updates until 2028. Other highlights include dual speakers with Hi-Res audio, an IP64 rating, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and WiFi 6.
