IKEA has released a new Bluetooth speaker in markets worldwide, the Nattbad. It arrives a couple of months after the announcement of the end of the IKEA and Sonos partnership, through which the Symfonisk range was created.
The new IKEA Nattabd Bluetooth speaker is described as “the perfect combination of interior decor and sound”. You can use Bluetooth to connect your phone, laptop or tablet to the device, playing the content of your choice. There is a multi-speaker mode, enabling users to wirelessly link multiple units of the Nattabd speaker, so that you can play the same music, podcast or audiobook in several rooms. Plus, the Spotify Tap feature can be used to resume you last listening session, or to generate a playlist based on your recently played tracks.
IKEA suggests that this device is relatively easy to set up, noting that the Bluetooth speaker supports a 10 m (~33 ft) range without interference. With a design inspired by old-fashioned radios, it measures 3.6 x 7.0 x 4.9 inches (~92 x 178 x 124 mm) and is available in three colors: black, pink and yellow. You can now buy the IKEA Nattbad Bluetooth speaker for $49.99/£29.00/€39.99. IKEA has also recently announced the upcoming Blomprakt speaker lamp and tested a wider range of smart home products for 2026.
