Huawei MatePad Pro global debut on the cards with latest launch announcement
Huawei has invited its fans to witness the "Creation of Beauty", set to take place during its upcoming "Innovative Product Launch". Then again, it seems that at least some of the hardware to be unveiled has technically already been seen.
That might be due to the fact that one of the products peeping in from the side of Huawei's new promotional material is most likely the slim-bezel MatePad Pro 13.2 - or its Pro 11 2024 sibling. They are available on the Chinese market with eponymous display sizes, refresh rates of 144Hz or 120Hz and 10,100mAh or 8,300mAh batteries respectively.
However, it seems they are about to go global, as Huawei's new event is set in Dubai. On the other hand, the HarmonyOS tablet (or tablets) might be joined by a genuinely novel accessory.
Their partial teaser (found in the upper right corner of their poster) looks most like the band for new headphones - however, should that be the case, it would be much more monolithic than that of the FreeBuds Studio, with limited scope for fold-flat or fold-away earcups.
Alternatively, the shape could be part of some kind of new Sony LinkBuds S competitors. All will be revealed on December 12, 2023 on Huawei's new Dubai-based stage.
