Hanhart’s new dive watch now available in impressive matte black finish

Last year, Hanhart, a German watch brand renowned for its pilot watches, introduced the Aquasphere dive watch in a blue colorway. Now, the brand has officially unveiled the Aquasphere watch in an impressive matte black finish. The dive watch remains largely unchanged, with only cosmetic tweaks. The matte black-finished dial is complemented by white hour markers and hands finished in silver-colored rehaut frames.
Like the blue model, there are Hanhart’s signature red details also available here. Speaking more precisely, you get a red-tipped central seconds hand and red markings on the black ceramic fluted bezel, which rotates unidirectionally through 60 clicks. All markings—triangles, indices, and numerals—are filled with Super-LumiNova C1 for better visibility in low-light conditions. The case is rated at 300 m (30 bar) for water resistance.
The Aquasphere is paired with a Sellita SW200-1 movement, running at 28,800 vibrations/hour with 21 jewels. The automatic movement offers up to 38 hours of power reserve. Hanhart offers three strap options, including an elastic hook strap, an FKM rubber strap with a folding clasp, and a stainless steel bracelet. It’s priced at €1,294.12 on the hook strap, €1,378.15 on the rubber strap, and €1,462.18 on the stainless steel bracelet. You can learn more about it via Hanhart’s official website.
