Deal | HP Envy x360 13 with 11th gen Core i7 and 512 GB NVMe SSD is barely six months old, already down to $699 USD
Best Buy is currently hosting a sale on the 2021 HP Envy x360 13 convertible for $300 USD off the original launch price of $1000. Unlike many other laptop deals, this particular model is the latest from HP and not some last generation system that retailers are trying to get rid off.
The most notable aspects of the HP Envy x360 13 are the aluminum chassis, 512 GB NVMe storage, Thunderbolt 4 support, and latest Intel Core i7-1165G7 Tiger Lake CPU. The Envy series in general sits well above the cheaper Pavilion series which are often thicker and mostly plastic.
The biggest drawback to the configuration on sale is its measly 8 GB of non-expandable system RAM. Owners would be stuck with low RAM capacity for the life of the system which is a huge bummer for multi-tasking and other RAM-heavy applications like games or picture-editing software.
We've yet to review the 2021 HP Envy x360 13 and so we can't provide our personal take on the chassis.
