Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition to land on October 1 for PS5

Sucker Punch Productions is marking Ghost of Yōtei's one-year anniversary with a major content drop. On October 1, the studio will release Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition, bundling the base game, the four-player online mode "Legends", and two brand-new additions: a story expansion and a new combat mode.

The expansion, Echoes of Sekigahara, alternates between present-day Ezo and flashbacks to protagonist Atsu's past, introducing a new character named Nagato while revisiting the Battle of Sekigahara. Players will also get "Most Wanted", a roguelike-inspired survival mode built around bounty-driven runs, unlockable characters and combat perks. Beyond the headline features, the update adds new "Watanabe Mode" tracks, photo mode stamps and accessibility options.

Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition wiil cost $69.99 for newcomers, while existing owners will be able to purchase the Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition Upgrade for $14.99. Anyone who purchases or pre-orders by September 30 will unlock the Sakai Armor, a nod to Ghost of Tsushima, when the update lands.
