Dreame releases new robot vacuum with powerful suction

The Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3 robot vacuum is now available in Europe. This model has already been released in some European countries, such as Malaysia. As its name suggests, it builds on the L10s Ultra Gen 2 which was released in 2024.

Dreame’s L10s Ultra Gen 3 is more powerful than its predecessor, marketed with 25,000 Pa suction power; the L10s Ultra Gen 2 could only deliver 10,000 Pa. The new model features the same TriCut brush to prevent tangled hair, and a SideReach brush for vacuuming. There is DuoScrub mopping, with 32 moisture levels to suit the job at hand, and the MopExtend function helps the robot to reach along the edges of a room. Plus, the mop can be lifted up to 10.5 mm (~0.4 inches) to avoid carpet or rugs while vacuuming.

The L10s Ultra Gen 3 comes with a multifunctional dock, which is said to offer up to 100 days of hands free cleaning. Upon docking, the onboard dustbin and dirty water tank are emptied, and a new AceClean DryBoard feature provides deeper cleaning of the mop heads. The robot has a 5,200 mAh battery, with Smart Pathfinder navigation and 3DAdapt obstacle avoidance technology. It is compatible with several third-party voice assistants, and support for the Matter protocols means it will work with many smart home ecosystems.

You can now buy the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3 robot vacuum at MediaMarkt in Germany for €599. That is €100 less than the original RRP of the L10s Ultra Gen 2. This model is expected to roll out to other European countries in the near future. Whether or when this vacuum cleaner will be released in the US remains to be seen.
