The DomyFan 12.3-in FHD touchscreen is crowdfunding on Kickstarter. A 16:7 aspect ratio with a 172° viewing angle makes the gadget suitable for gaming, programming or working. The device has an adaptive 640 x 480 to 1920 x 860 px resolution and up to 60 Hz refresh rate. The 10-point IPS touchscreen covers 100% of the SRGb color gamut and delivers up to 300 cd/m² brightness.
You can connect gadgets to the DomyFan portable display via mini HDMI and two USB-A ports, with an up to 480 Mbps transfer rate. You can also use a 60 W USB-C port to charge a device. The device is compatible with Mac, Windows and Android devices and, at 25°C, has a 22 ms response time. Plus, the compact monitor, which measures 387 x 150 x 26 mm (~15.2 x 5.9 x 1.0-in), has integrated dual stereo speakers. The DomyFan comes with an adjustable stand and two USB-C to USB-C cables, a mini HDMI to HDMI cable and a USB-A to USB-C cable
The lowest Kickstarter campaign pledge level for the DomyFan 12.3-in FHD touchscreen is HK$776 (~US$99). According to the campaign page, the gadget will retail for US$259 in the future, meaning these Super Early Bird backers get 61% off the MSRP. The company is shipping globally, with orders expected to be delivered this April.
