Dell sets out its deals for gamers during 2020's winter holidays

2020 is one year in which events such as Black Friday may become particularly important - maybe it's just as well that they are also likely to be virtual. To this end, Dell has released details on its portfolio of sales and sales events in advance this year. They consist of specific promotions such as those for Cyber Monday, but also include specific "Doorbuster" days as well as preview sales focusing on some of its main brands.

Highlights of these deals include just such a doorbuster set for November 26, 2020 on 18:00 EST, during which the 120Hz base model of the Dell G3 15 gaming laptop will be available for $599.99, or $210 less than normal. Similarly, the Alienware Aurora R10 desktop will be $280 off its normal $1279.99 price on November 19 from 11:00 EST.

As for laptops, a good example is the Alienware m15 R3, which can be had for $1,549.99 (or $300 off) in its  Core i7-10750H/16GB RAM/512GB SSD/RTX 2060 graphics/144Hz display SKU on October 19 from 8:00 EST until 7:59 on December 6.

However, those prepared to wait it out until the November 26 doorbuster (from 13:00) could get its version with the i7-10875H processor, 32GB of RAM, RTX 2070 and 300Hz FHD screen for $650 off its normal $2,249.99 price.

Alternatively, the Alienware 25 monitor (AW2518HF) and Dell 32 curved monitor (S3220DGF) will have 50% and 45% discounts respectively on November 19. There may also be further deals to find on Dell's dedicated Black Friday and Cyber Monday pages. They are live from October 19 and November 29 respectively, giving information on these deals and their validity as they do so.
