Reviews for the Dell Inspiron 15 7558
A fresh take. Dell’s Inspiron 15 7558 continues the manufacturer’s expansion of the Inspiron line into more premium territory, this time with a 2-in-1 convertible design (similar to Lenovo’s smaller Yoga machines). Can it inspire us with its rebalanced priorities?

For years, I've been asking laptop manufacturers to make important features standard -- like solid state drives and 1,920x1,080-pixel screens -- instead of confusing and annoying their customers by charging more to secure the performance they already expect.

The Dell Inspiron 15 7000 offers a subtle but attractive design and good performance for the money, but a shallow keyboard and dull screen hold it back. If you want a more vibrant display in the $700-$800 price range, you'll find it on the Toshiba Satellite Radius 15 P55W, but you'll get slightly worse performance and battery life.
