Dell Inspiron 15-3537
The Dell Inspiron 15-3537 comes with an Intel Core i7 4500U processor capable of clocking up to 3.0 GHz with turbo on, which makes it a laptop with a very high raw processing power. Aside from the built-in graphic cards, the unit is also equipped with an AMD Radeon HD 8850M card, which is a high performance graphic card, making even games with high requirements run smoothly.
There is no point on having a high graphical processing power if the display is not up to par. The 15.6 inch display is big enough to allow maximum viewing enjoyment and with a pixel resolution of 1600 by 900 pixels, the color and clarity of the display does not disappoint. There is no blue-ray player to fully utilize this graphical powerhouse. Furthermore, due to its powerful configurations, the battery life cannot be expected to last very long.
The Dell Inspiron 15-3537 is equipped with the basic connectivity abilities. It comes with an Ethernet port for wired connections and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n for wireless connectivity and supports Bluetooth 4.0.
All in all, this power house is can be classed as a desktop replacement. Despite its weight, it is really capable of tremendous performance output. It is suitable for heavy users who want some mobility.

Dell's 15-inch Inspiron budget model takes much of the design from past models but refines it slightly to improve its low cost offering. It is still the thinnest and lights of the 15-inch budget laptops on the market that includes a DVD burner but it now features a touchscreen to make navigating Windows 8 even easier.

While we expect a company to make compromises on a PC that costs just $329, Dell's Inspiron 15 3000 doesn't do anything particularly well. Its design, while solid, isn't very appealing. The screen shows colors moderately well, but it isn't particularly sharp or bright. Its overall performance is also merely pedestrian when compared with similarly priced models.

Dell Inspiron 15 3565-7923
The Dell Inspiron 15 3565-7923 is not destined to become an innovator to introduce some new technology into the life of users. This device has another purpose, which is to ensure stable and uninterrupted daily work, whether in the company office or apartment. The laptop is in a plastic case of universal black color. In the device, there is not a hint of gloss except for the screen. All surfaces are matte, resistant to fingerprints and dust. In the middle of the lid, the logo of the company is coal-black, it's easy to notice. The dimensions of the laptop are 380 х 260 х 24 mm and it weighs 2.3 kg. The look might not be everyone’s cup of tea but its simplicity certainly is a compromise even to someone who doesn’t like it. The screen is attached to the main part by means of two hinge loops. It is surrounded by a medium-sized frame, the lower edge of which is slightly wider than the others. Above the display is a webcam, in front of it is a small, silver-colored Dell logo. The rough surface of the working area feels nice to the touch. The interfaces are evenly distributed along the side faces of the case, On the right side, there is even an optical drive. The 15.6-inch screen of the Dell Inspiron 3565 laptop has a resolution of only 1,366 x 768 pixels, something we hardly hear of in this age. The reserve of brightness is not very large, but it is enough to work indoors. Color rendering is not the most reliable, but in general, the picture at the output is readable, and it does not raise questions about the budget device. As for audio, the two stereo speakers with Waves MaxxAudio Pro are enough for background music or watching movies. The sound is noticeably improved if a user connects headphones to the laptop. The webcam's resolution of 1 MP is just enough for video communication. Under the hood, the processor is a dual-core AMD A9-9410 chip clocked at 2.9 GHz. The processor is characterized by energy efficiency because the TDP level is only 10 W. The L2 cache is only 1 MB. The integrated Radeon R5 graphics card copes well with everyday tasks like web surfing, running Photoshop applications, Word, Excel, etc., audio/video playback. A user will also be able to play some games at medium settings. The laptop comes standard with 6 GB of DDR4-2400MHz RAM. The RAM capacity can be increased to 16 GB. To store information, the manufacturer provides a hard disk with a capacity of 1 TB with a rotation speed of 5400 rpm. On the right side of the laptop, there are a USB 2.0 port, a 3-in-1 card reader, a combined audio jack, a Kensington lock slot and an optical DVD drive. The left side houses the more important USB 3.0 ports. For wireless access to the network, there is Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and for data exchange with other devices, there is Bluetooth 4.0. The Inspiron 15 3565-7923 is aimed to fill the budget user’s spec sheet as much as it can. It is a decent laptop for basic users at a very reasonable price. First, we have to mention that when you buy a device in this price range, you should not have high expectations from the poor laptop. It is created to suit the needs of a college student – a little MS Office here, a little video entertainment there and a lot of music playback. Of course, we won’t be indulgent because if you didn’t care what device you’re going to buy, you wouldn’t be here in the first place.

Overall, the Dell Inspiron 15 3576 is a solid entry-level offering that just needed a bit of enthusiast tinkering to shine. It won't wow you with high-performance graphics and is not going to let you render out 4K footage or do real content creation. However, what it will do is let you watch YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, browse the web and perform basic tasks with more than enough performance left on tap to keep the system feeling snappy and responsive. Just remember to swap the HDD out for an SSD for maximum benefit.

Dell's entry-level Inspiron series is also available with AMD processors. Unfortunately, the Ryzen 3 2300U's CPU was badly restricted and unable to unleash its full potential, and Dell's cooling solution was running almost at its limit. Nevertheless, even a severely limited Ryzen can have its upsides, as our test shows.

Inspiron 15 3580 is still the typical low-cost multimedia laptop. It may not have some of the good looks of Lenovo Ideapad 330s for example, neither does it have an IPS panel option. What it does have is rigidity. Despite its all-plastic build that doesn’t whisper “high quality” from basically nowhere, its body is sturdy and endures even hard tries for bending.

Dell Inspiron 15 3582’s display in this modification has a budget TN panel. It is quick, cheap, and reliable. Otherwise, the panel is mediocre. Its narrow viewing angles, poor contrast ratio, and low resolution make it good only for work, which isn’t really dependant on the screen, or if you’re going to connect it to an external monitor, nevertheless. Additionally, it uses aggressive PWM to adjust its brightness up until the maximum level. However, this issue is tackled by our Health-Guard profile.

Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic hit, millions of people suddenly needed laptops for attending classes online and to work from home. While the market saw the increased supply of mid-range laptops, the affordable segment was largely ignored. The launch of Dell Inspiron 15 is a bright spot in these bleak times. It is affordable and offers acceptable performance and a decent keyboard. In addition, it is not too heavy and has a bright 1080p display. The battery should last till the time your kid is done with online classes. If you feel that this laptop wouldn’t meet your demands, I suggest you look for the model with the Ryzen 5 CPU. It would be faster than the model I reviewed, but you have to shell out Rs 46,990.

After a worldwide laptop draught, some manufacturers started shipping units equipped with older units. Ultimately, the Inspiron 15 3505 can be considered as the embodiment of the whole situation, as it was one of the most hyped products of all of them. And despite the expected low build quality, the reason for which was the use of plastic all around the device, we actually found some spots, where we got ourselves surprised.

You can find plenty of decent Chromebooks below $400, but relatively few inspiring Windows laptops priced that low. One exception is Dell’s Inspiron 3000 series, which comes in three screen and chassis sizes. The Inspiron 15 3000 configuration reviewed here has a 15-inch screen, starts at just $293, and rings up at $369 as tested. It boasts all of the physical characteristics of a solid low-cost laptop, but this version suffers a bit from lackluster performance and, especially, ho-hum display quality in its lower price ranks. If your budget is strict, you can abide by these deficiencies. If, instead, you can afford an extra $30 or so, you can pick up an AMD Ryzen or Intel Core version with a full HD screen that would improve your computing experience immensely.

Wrapping up this review, the Dell Inspiron 15 3501 won’t turn any head in terms of design. But all things considered, it’s a decent laptop for the price. It expectedly brings a sub-par display while I feel like Dell shouldn’t have skipped on a Type-C port either. On the positive end, it has an impressive battery life, suitable for office employees or students. So, I would recommend this laptop for those who want all the essentials to get the job done, but don’t want to break their banks.

The Dell Inspiron 15 3000 (3511) is a solid, if unremarkable, 15-inch budget laptop. It improves on many of the issues we had with the previous 3505 model, and with the inclusion of Windows 11, the 3511 is already a step above its competition. The lack of a USB-C port, the subpar speakers, and the dim display are drawbacks to factor in, but it's still one of the better 15-inch budget laptops on the market, especially when you consider it's under $400.

If you can get the Dell Inspiron for a hundred dollars off retail, then it’s a great value, as it undercuts a lot of laptops in the $400 range. The Inspiron has enough power for moderately demanding productivity tasks, like heavy web browsing or moderate multitasking, and its size, weight, keyboard, and touch screen give it a surprisingly comfortable experience. At its retail price of $580, it’s still a good performer, but the competition is stiffer. However, the Inspiron makes compromises to keep the price so low. The screen is incredibly dim, and it lacks USB-C ports by default. Its performance is on par with other laptops at its retail price, although spending slightly more can get you a better product. If you catch it on sale, you can snag an HP Envy x360 15-inch laptop for about $600. It has a great screen, better performance than the Inspiron, a fantastic keyboard and trackpad, and nine hours of battery life.

Dell's Inspiron 15 (3525) is a peppy-enough and affordable-enough home or remote work machine, but it's not very ambitious; it does little to go beyond the basics. More the concern: It’s readily overshadowed by a number of machines that outperform and outclass it. Even if the Inspiron can get the job done today, its competition has the mettle to keep doing the job tomorrow in a way the Inspiron simply can’t promise. Plus, those alternatives are much more enjoyable after work. Many of its slightly higher-end rivals have to be on sale (and frequently are) to match it on price, but the Inspiron 15 (3525) is outclassed even by some similarly priced options, making it a difficult recommendation, with the Ideapad Flex 5i and bigger HP Notebook 17 offering a better value story.

71.5%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
