A number of wearable OEMs have taken it upon themselves to declare 2022 the year of voice-chatting right from a wrist-worn device. To this end, Realme's affordable spin-off DIZO has just confirmed that the Watch R Talk will launch soon with the apparently increasingly popular tech necessary to do so.
The upcoming accessory will be joined by a Watch D Talk of the same ability, although this one will have an Apple Watch-like form-factor while the R Talk has a circular display. Accordingly, their teasers put them in suspicious conjunction with certain existing devices from Dizo's parent or sibling brands.
Therefore, the D Talk misses out on a round 1.3-inch "ultra-sharp" AMOLED panel, although it might make up for it with 1.8 inches of "bright" screen real estate. The 2 watches are also now backed to offer fitness- and health-tracking abilities, with "120+ sports modes" in the D Talk cited thus far.
They are set to "redefine talk" from September 7, 2022 in India. DIZO has indicated that they will ship via Flipkart, although release and pricing information are of course being kept in reserve for the new Watch-series variants' joint debut.
