Colorful has launched the iGame GeForce RTX 3090 Neptune OC board that is brimming with features, attractively designed, and it comes with a twin 120-mm fan radiator. The dual-slot board is decked out with RGB lighting and has a power supply design of 14+8+4 (26-phase power delivery). It’s a powerful unit with a regular boost rate of 1,695 MHz that can be pushed to an overclock speed of 1,755 MHz.
According to the marketing material published for Colorful’s iGame GeForce RTX 3090 Neptune OC graphics card, the all-in-one water-cooled board can maintain decent temperatures (under 70 °C apparently), and the connecting tubes can be rotated 360 degrees to afford for more secure installation. Unsurprisingly, the 120-mm fans also sport flashy lighting for that added gaming aesthetic.
While there’s no doubting Colorful’s take on the GeForce RTX 3090 delivers the performance required (49-92 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077) with an eye-catching appearance, the price tag is going to make a lot of gamers think twice about making a purchase. It seems the MSRP for the iGame GeForce RTX 3090 Neptune OC is 13,999 yuan (US$2,141); however, it has appeared on retailer sites like JD.com for an even higher price, 14,599 yuan (US$2,233) at the time of writing. Nvidia’s MSRP for the GeForce RTX 3090 is US$1,499.
