Casio has announced the Japanese variant of its latest Pink Ribbon G-Shock watch, the GMA-S145PK-4AJR. This watch helps sponsor the activities of Japan Pink Ribbon of Smile and Happiness (J.POSH), promoting breast cancer awareness and screening.

Casio and Japan Pink Ribbon of Smile and Happiness (J.POSH) have partnered to release the Pink Ribbon GMA-S145PK-4AJR women's G-Shock watch, supporting breast cancer awareness and screening activities in Japan.

The J.POSH NPO also provides medical professional training, family support, and subsidies to related organizations and patient associations. The organization is part of the worldwide Pink Ribbon Movement, which promotes the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer.

This Pink Ribbon model is similar to the regular pink GMAS140PP-4A G-Shock watch (sold here on Amazon), except it features inverted LCD displays, and the color of the logos and minute markers matches that of the iconic Pink Ribbon logo.

A raised bezel enhances shock resistance for the module, which can withstand dive depths of up to 200 meters (656 ft.). The watch can measure time to 1/1000th of a second in stopwatch mode. It also includes a 24-hour countdown timer, five daily alarms, 48-city world time, and an amber LED light. The watch measures 49 x 45.9 x 15.8 mm (1.9 x 1.8 x 0.6 in.) and weighs 56 g (1.98 oz.)

The Pink Ribbon GMA-S145PK-4AJR G-Shock watch for women is scheduled for release in Japan in October 2025, with an MSRP of 18,150 yen (~$125). The US variant, supporting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), was released in September 2025.
