Casio has listed three new analog watches on its international website. These new Standard MTP-1370 timepieces will join older variants in this series, which is described as having a ‘classical design’. They have a similar look to the MTP-1381 series watches, but are slightly smaller and lighter; they measure 45 x 39.8 x 8.8 mm (~1.8 x 1.6 x 0.3 inches) and weigh 95 g (~3.4 oz).
The Casio MTP-1370D-2A2V and MTP-1370D-7A3V both have silver colored stainless-steel bands, casing, and bezel, with blue and white dials, respectively. The MTP-1370G-1AV has a gold ion-plated casing and bezels, with an accompanying gold colored stainless-steel band and a black dial. All bands feature a triple fold clasp, and the dials are protected with mineral glass.
Casio’s MTP-1370 watches have three hands for the second, minute and hour, and are said to be accurate to within 20 seconds each month. Users can view the day of the week and date on two integrated displays. Plus, these watches are water resistant to 50 m and should run for around three years on a replaceable SR920SW battery.
The Casio MTP-1370D-2A2V, MTP-1370D-7A3V and MTP-1370G-1AV are expected to launch at some point in July 2025. However, further details such as an exact launch date, a list of countries in which they will be released and pricing have yet to be announced.
