New Casio Vintage watches with multi-row metal strap now available in the UK

Casio has released two new Vintage A1000 series watches in the UK. These timepieces were spotted at the brand’s online store earlier in July.

You can now buy the Casio A1000A-7 watch for £114.90 and the Casio A1000G-9 watch for £164.90 from the UK online store. They are ready to ship immediately, with customers offered free shipping in four to five business days.

These Vintage watches have a stainless steel casing and bezel with a hairline finish, accompanied by a multi-row stainless steel band. The A1000A-7 is silver colored with a cool white background on the digital display, while the A1000G-9 has a gold-ion plated finish and warmer background on the digital display. These watches measure 39.6 x 38 x 7.3 mm (~1.6 x 1.5 0.3 inches) and weigh 83 g (~2.9 oz) each.

On the A1000’s digital display, users can view the time in 12 or 24 hour formats, as well as the date and day of the week. The calendar is fully automatic, and the watch should remain accurate to within 30 seconds each month. Other features include a 1/100 second stopwatch, a daily alarm and hourly time signals. Plus, each watch has a white LED backlight to help you read the display in low lighting. Casio markets these models as water resistant, with a three-year battery life estimate; they run on a replaceable CR1616 battery.

Casio has yet to announce whether or when the A1000A-7 and the A1000G-9 will be released in other countries like the US or the Netherlands.
