Casio has revealed a new G-Shock Ryo Ishikawa watch. The GA-2100RI25-7A is the fifth model to be designed with the professional golfer, arriving some time after the GM-2100RI23-1, which launched in 2023.
The G-Shock GA-2100RI25-7A has a relatively slim casing, measuring 48.5 x 45.4 x 11.8 mm (~1.9 x 1.8 x 0.5 inches), which Casio suggests will not affect your golf swing. The white, blue and orange color scheme is said to inspire a calm yet fighting spirit. Other aspects of the design include Ishikawa’s signature at the top of the dial and again on the case back. Plus, the product comes with special packaging and a trading card.
It is based on the GA-2100 model, with support for world time in 48 cities, and two analog hands which should remain accurate to within 15 seconds each month. The day of the week is shown on an indicator dial, with the date given on the negative (dark background) digital display. Other features include five daily alarms, hourly time signals, a timer and a 1/100th second stopwatch.
The Casio G-Shock x Ryo Ishikawa GA-2100RI25-7A watch will retail for ¥23,100 (~$155) in Japan. It will launch on November 7th in this market. The company has yet to announce plans to bring this product to other countries like the US; the previous four models have been exclusive to the Japanese market.
