A new range of Casio G-Shock accessories has been released in China. These metal alloy pins are designed for customers to personalize their watch straps with various letters and a heart shape. Plus, the company has indicated that more of these pins could be released in the future.

Casio has launched a series of G-Shock Pins in China, designed to customize your watch strap. These appear to be best suited to the brand’s watches which have resin straps, shown on products like the GBM-2100-1A2 (curr. $249.95 at Amazon Marketplace).

There are currently 27 Casio G-Shock Pins, the 26 letters of the English alphabet and a heart shape. Plus, a product page on the brand’s website in China indicates that more pins could be on the way. Each pin measures 11 to 15 mm (~0.4 to 0.6 inches) wide and is made from a zinc alloy with a silver colored finish. It is unclear whether or when other colors could be released in the future.

Each Casio G-Shock Pin ‘clicks’ into place through a hole on the watch strap, with a buckle to secure it. According to the company, it takes just three seconds to add or remove a pin, so you can easily adapt the letters. You can now buy the Casio G-Shock Pins in China for CNY 19.90 (~$3) each. The company has yet to announce plans to release these watch strap accessories in other markets like North America or Europe.
