Casio Edifice EQB-1300D: Fresh images reveal new variant of upcoming slim watch

Casio’s upcoming Edifice EQB-1300 series has picked up another leak, this time revealing a third color variant. Alongside the previously seen green (EQB-1300DC-3A) and blue (EQB-1300D-2A) models, a new brown dial version - expected to be labeled EQB-1300D-5A - has now surfaced in fresh renders, courtesy of Casioblog.
The new variant has the same overall design language but changes the color tone. It pairs a warm brown dial with a silver stainless steel case and bracelet. Like the other versions, it features a textured dial with geometric patterns and applied baton indices, which gives it a slightly more layered look than typical Edifice models - nothing major, however.
Functionally, nothing has changed. The EQB-1300 lineup is still expected to come with a three-hand analog layout with a date window, a 24-hour subdial, and a combined weekday/stopwatch indicator. A 30-minute chronograph is also part of the setup, based on the subdial markings seen in the images. Core features should include Bluetooth connectivity for automatic time sync, Tough Solar charging, world time support, and a daily alarm. Water resistance is expected to remain at 100 meters, just like most Edifice models.
The key detail across all leaks is still the case profile. Casio is expected to push a slimmer design here, with thickness reportedly around 9 mm or less. That would mean it's closer to the thinner EQB-1100 series.
The new report hints towards an April 2026 launch window as well. Pricing is still unconfirmed.
