Baltic introduces Heures du Monde watch with stone dial and GMT function

Baltic, a French microbrand known for its neo-vintage mechanical watches, has officially unveiled its latest Heures du Monde watch with vintage design. The watch features a 37 mm by 11.3 mm stainless steel case complemented by a 120-click bezel that can be rotated to match the appropriate time zone for the world time function. There are a total of 24 major cities carved on the bezel, which are coated with Super-LumiNova BGW9.
The dial of the watch is quite simple. There’s no day or date complication here. Instead, you get three stone dial color options, including labradorite, tiger eye, and sodalite. Inside, the watch has a Soprod C125 GMT movement, which is said to offer 42 hours of power reserve.
Furthermore, other features of the watch include a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, stop-seconds for the movement, and 100 meters (10 bar) of water resistance. The Heures du Monde is paired with either an Italian calf leather strap, a steel beads of rice bracelet, or a steel flat link bracelet.
The Baltic Heures du Monde is priced at €1,300 on an Italian calf leather strap or €1,360 on either a steel beads of rice bracelet or a steel flat-link bracelet. You can learn more about the watch via Baltic’s official website. Right now, the watch is the limited edition of 200 pieces. It will become part of the permanent collection at a later date.
