Bowers & Wilkins Px8 S2 premium headphones get two new colors

Last September, Bowers & Wilkins announced the Px8 S2 headphones (read our review), and when they hit store shelves, they were available in two colors. A few months later, the headphones got a slightly more expensive McLaren Edition, bringing the available options to three. Now, the manufacturer has announced two more colors.

The new colors are Midnight Blue and Pearl Blue, and they join the previously announced Warm Stone and Onyx Black color options. The Midnight Blue variant has a dark blue headband and ear cups while the stems, the back of the ear cups, and the buttons are golden.

On the other hand, the Pearl Blue variant has a very pale blue headband and ear cups, while the rest of the parts are silver. Like the other colors, the new ones come with a matching carrying case.

Save for the new colors, the features are the same. The Bowers & Wilkins Px8 S2 have 40mm drivers with active noise cancellation, a high-performance DSP with a dedicated amplifier/DAC, 24-bit audio support, and 8 microphones in total.

They also have Bluetooth 5.3 with support for aptX Lossless and Bluetooth Multipoint, Google Fast Pair, and MFi (Made for iPhone) certification. Battery life for the headphones is advertised as 30 hours, and there's support for fast charging via USB-C (15-minutes of charge will provide 7 hours of playback).

The new Midnight Blue and Pale Blue colors are priced at €729 in Europe, £629 in the UK, and $799 in the US. As at the time of writing, they are available to buy in Europe on the manufacturer's website and on Amazon.de, while they are listed as out of stock in the other regions.

If you don't care for the new colors, the Onyx Black version and Warm Stone variants are currently discounted to €681.41 and €699 respectively on Amazon.de.
