A leaked gameplay clip from Battlefield 6, surfaced on June 3, showcases a fierce battle featuring armored vehicles, large-scale destruction and the raw intensity the series is known for. The community's response has been overwhelmingly positive, with many saying it brings back memories of Battlefield at its peak.

After several leaked gameplay clips surfaced on May 21, another followed on June 3. Shared by user RebsGaming on X, the footage shows an intense urban firefight involving armored vehicles. The 50-second clip begins with a player firing a mounted autocannon from an armored personnel carrier into a wall of smoke. Moments later, an enemy vehicle emerges from the fog, kicking off a brief but explosive skirmish. The battle features heavy weaponry, including wire-guided missiles and sustained machine gun fire. With superior numbers, the player’s team gains the upper hand, ultimately destroying the opposing vehicle in a fiery explosion.

The leaked footage offers another look at Battlefield 6’s striking combat atmosphere. Thick smoke and flying debris limit visibility, infantry scramble through chaotic crossfire and powerful explosions bring entire buildings crashing down – capturing the intense, cinematic feel the series is known for.

Community responds with enthusiasm

The reaction on X has been overwhelmingly positive, with many fans expressing excitement and nostalgia. The raw power and chaotic intensity of the leaked footage are being hailed as a return to form for the franchise. Comments like “This is exactly what I wanted: zero visibility, pure chaos, powerful tanks” reflect a strong desire for a classic, destruction-heavy Battlefield experience – and the clip appears to deliver just that.

Whether EA and DICE can meet the community’s high expectations remains uncertain. According to EA’s latest financial report, the official reveal of Battlefield 6 is set for this summer, with the game scheduled to launch by the end of March 2026 at the latest.
