Audio-Technica launches ATH-CKS50TW2 wireless earbuds with Magnetic Switch operation
The Audio-Technica ATH-CKS50TW2 true wireless earbuds are designed for all-day use with a 25-hour runtime with noise-cancelling off, and a 15-hour runtime with noise-cancelling on. In combination with the charging case, up to 60 hours of runtime is possible. A 5 minute quick charge of the earbuds provides 90 minutes of runtime. The ATH-CKS50TW2 earbuds have Magnetic Switch technology to turn them off automatically when joined.
The ATH-CKS50TW2 uses 9 mm drivers with a frequency range of 5 to 20,000 Hz. The earbuds support multi-point Bluetooth 5.3 low-latency connections and the SBC, AAC, and LC3 audio codecs. Four ear tip sizes are included for proper fit.
Hybrid active noise cancellation mode blocks background noise when listening to music while hear-through mode allows users to hear others speak without needing to remove the earbuds. Dual MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems) microphones have a frequency response from 100 to 8,000 Hz. They utilize beamforming to reduce background noise during calls. The earbuds can play back pink background noise, relaxing nature sounds, and meditation sounds with the Soundscape function.
Each earbud weighs 7.2 g (0.25 oz.) and recharges in 2.5 hours. The charging case weighs 51.5 g (1.8 oz.) and recharges in 4.0 hours by USB-C charging or 7.5 hours by Qi wireless charging. The earbuds are IP55-rated against dust exposure and water splashes.

Audio-Technica announces the launch of its ATH-CKS50TW2 earbuds, bringing best-in-class battery life with all the powerful, full-spectrum sound of the originals now with even greater convenience.
