Asus releases 14-inch laptop with Core Ultra 7 356H, 2.8K 120 Hz OLED and 33-hour battery

Asus has added new 14-inch configurations to its 2026 Vivobook Pro lineup, following the launch of a 16-inch Vivobook Pro powered by AMD's Ryzen AI 9 H 465 processor.
This version comes with Intel's new Core Ultra 7 356H processor, which has 16 cores and 16 threads and reaches up to 4.7 GHz. It uses Intel's integrated Xe3 graphics.
The Vivobook Pro 14 2026 also comes with a 14-inch OLED display with a 2,880 x 1,800-pixel resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Asus lists a 0.2 ms response time, 500 nits of brightness, and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, while peak brightness can reach 1,100 nits.
HDR support is included, and Asus claims a color accuracy of ΔE <1. The screen also carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification. A black-and-white mode is available for reading.
You can get up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB of PCIe 4.0 storage. Asus also uses a similar configuration in the Vivobook S14 (available on Amazon). There are two M.2 2280 slots for adding more storage, although Asus says they support single-sided SSDs.
The laptop has an 80 Wh battery, supports up to 100 W USB-C charging, and is claimed to last up to 33 hours in Asus' tests.
Despite the large battery, the laptop weighs around 1.39 kg (3.06 lbs). It measures 31.15 x 22.23 x 1.79 cm and has a slim metal body. Other features include a full-size backlit keyboard, a large precision touchpad, and a hinge that can open up to 180 degrees.
For connectivity, the laptop has Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, two USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Both USB-C ports can connect to an external display, while the Thunderbolt 4 port can also charge the laptop. An infrared camera is also included for Windows Hello face login.
Asus also includes AI assistant, which can summarize documents, search files, translate text, and create images.
