Originally unveiled at CES 2020, the 14-inch Asus VivoBook S14 S433 and 15.6-inch VivoBook S15 S533 can now be found at major retail outlets including Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, MicroCenter, and Staples for a starting price of $699 USD. The budget laptops will succeed the 2018 VivoBook S13 S330 and S15 S530 models by introducing a slimmer design with new processor options.
An easy way to distinguish the new models from previous generations is the stylized yellow-trimmed Enter key. OEMs tend to inject more colors onto budget laptops like the VivoBook in order to make them more visually appealing to students and for the back-to-school season.
Additional SKUs with Intel Ice Lake, 3rd generation Ryzen, and discrete GeForce MX GPUs are expected to be available soon as well. The two initial SKUs launching today are as detailed below.
